Marcus Norris made his final Top Fuel licensing pass of the weekend. He ran a clean 2.70/139mph pass.


Sunday Update 1

Here is the latest from the track on Sunday morning, the final day of Dome Valley’s Season Starter event. Pro bracket class time trials are going on this morning, with first round of Top Fuel going off at 10AM AZ time. Here are the pairings for round one of the Heads-Up classes.

The word on the Norris entry driven by Marcus Norris is that they will make one more licensing pass today and not compete in eliminations.

Both Cronin cars will not compete in TE Eliminations. They may run each other in a Fast Fours class this afternoon.

Dome Valley
Raceway kicks off the 2009 sand drag racing season with its “Season Starter” event. Racing action starts at 8AM (Arizona time) this morning. The first round of Top Fuel qualifying is set to go off at 11AM. Updates will be called in to us at NSDN, and posted after each session. Keep checking back for the latest updates from this event.
