The crowd saw great side by side racing to start off the 2012 season from Top Fuel all the way down through the Junior classes. Scott Whipple, with "Famous Amos" Satterlee tuning, led the pack in Top Fuel with the CANIDAE Fueler stringing together an amazing streak of all 5 runs between 2.24-2.28 to take the Top Fuel Shootout title.

Gary Mink fought through some parts damage early in the weekend, and pulled off the Top Alcohol class win to kick off the season. Gary's semi-final 2.42 was Low ET of the weekend in TA.

Billy Morris was deadly on the tree in the 2 Dolla' Bill/MFR Dragster en route to the Top Eliminator class victory on Sunday.

Daniel King piloted the Animal Control Dragster to the Fast Fours class win after qualifying #1 with a stellar 2.80.

Kenny Hayes from Buckeye, AZ took the Torco Race Fuels Best Appearing Car award with his beautiful Jeep. This Jeep not only looked great, but also ran strong numbers into the 4.3 range through mufflers.

Bill Cole had a stellar weekend at Dome Valley taking the Open Pro class victory and a semi-final finish in Pro 2. Bill also was the winner of the Pre-Registration Free Entry Award.

John Aleman tuned both the Cadzow Motorsports entry of John Cadzow (Near Lane) & the Coldwater Kid entry of Matthew and Dwight Ludlow (Far Lane) at the Top Fuel Shootout. Both entries dipped well into the 2.3 second zone & ended up with late round finishes in Top Fuel.
